Coconut n Kiwi Milk Shake
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup milk
1 tbsp ice cream
Kiwi crush 4 tbsp or to sweetness desired
1/4 tsp coconut essence
Method
Mix coconut milk and milk and chill in freezer till nearly frozen.
Add the milk and rest of the ingredients in a blender with few ice cubes. blend well and serve chilled.

Ingredients
1 mango chopped
1/2 cup cocnut milk
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp ice cream (vanilla or mango)
honey or sugar to sweetness desired
Method
Mix all the ingredients and chill till nearly frozen. blend in a mixer and serve chilled.

Pan Cakes
Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons Curds
1 cup Plain flour / whole wheat flour or a mix of both
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil / butter, melted. If using Amul butter then do not add salt
2 tablespoons Curds
1 cup Plain flour / whole wheat flour or a mix of both
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil / butter, melted. If using Amul butter then do not add salt
Method.
In a bowl sieve togther flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda,
essence and salt.
Whisk the egg add butter, milk and curds. whisk well.
Add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone. The batter should be thick. (like dosa)
Heat a non stick pan, over medium heat, and coat with very little oil.
Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet,spread little, (it should be thick like uttapam) and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
