Penne with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto


Ingredients
200 gms penne pasta boiled AL Dente
100 gms sun-dried tomatoes 
2 garlic cloves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan

Method
Heat 1/4 cup olive oil and add the sun dried tomatoes to it. soak till tender.

Blend the sun-dried tomatoes and their oil, garlic, salt and pepper, to taste, and basil in a food processor and blend until the tomatoes are finely chopped. Transfer the tomato mixture to a large bowl. Stir in the Parmesan.
Add the pasta to the pesto and toss to coat, adding some cream to moisten the. Season the pasta, to taste, with salt and pepper and serve.

Spaghettie Aglio Olio

Ingredients
200 gms spaghetti boiled   
4 fresh red chilies sliced
50 ml olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 Teaspoon freshly(imp) chopped garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tablespoon chopped parsely
salt to taste


Method
heat oilive oil and bitter, add garlic saute till just about to change color.
Add the red chilies and  oregano saute.
Toss in the pasta. Add salt and parsley.  Mix. Serve immediately


 Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients
200 gms spagetti boiled
2 tablespoon olive oil
4 -5 tablespoon fresh cream (amul)
2 egg yolks
1 cup bacon
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoon chopped parsely
Parmesan cheese or briatian cheeder cheese 1/2 cup

Method
Whisk together egg yolks, cream and cheese together till well combined
Heat oilve oil add bacon cook till crisp. add the boiled pasta. saute till hot.
shut the gas off (very important) add the cream and egg mixture and stir for a minute. let the egg cook with heat of pasta . If cooked on flame the egg will turn into scrambled egg.
add pepper salt and parsley serve immediately.
