How to make soaps to suit different skin types and with different ingredients and fragrances

Carry samples of soaps back with you

Wednesday Workshop on Italian Cuisine

    The class will cover all fundamentals aspects of of Doughnut making along with many a creations of sweet dough ...baked and classic, fried doughnuts all covered .... Students will also learn to cover doughnuts with different toppings and carry their creations along.

    Hands on Cake Baking

    Workshop on  Hands on Basic Egg less Cakes is scheduled on 2nd Nov.  2015 Wednesday

    If Baking is your passion and its your first step into this field then this is the workshop for you to gain in depth knowledge into what goes to make those sinfully delicious Cakes

    You will learn to create 
    • Basic cake without a premix
    •  Basic cake with premix
    • Chocolate Chip Bar cake
    • Coffee Toffee Cookie Crumble Cake / Cupcake 
    • Chiffon Strawberry Cupcake
    • Icinig of any one cake of choice ----pineapple / black forest/chocolate ganache
    • Icing techniques: simple icing  
    • This class will help you get idea of how to create cakes as well as how to use the various premixes to create your own signature recipes

    Vanilla sponge Cupcake (almost Kayani)

      Ingredients

      2 eggs
      1/2 cup salted butter 
      1 cup powdered sugar
      1 1/2 cup maida / plain flour
      1 1/2 level tsps baking podwer
      1/8 tsp baking soda
      1/2 tsp vanilla essence
      1/2 cup milk
      1/4 tsp salt                                  

      Method

      Pre-heat oven at 180C
      Sieve flour with  baking powder,  baking soda and salt
      Beat the eggs well
      Add butter and beat again
      Add sugar and mix well
      fold in the flour mix to the egg batter alternating with milk,  add vanilla essence
      Pour the batter into a lined baking tin and bake for for 20-25 mins or till the cake is done
      cool it on a rack.
