The much awaited chat class was amazing! The tips made the bhallas so fluffy and they just melted on the tougue. I made dahee-bhalla-papdi-chaat for the guests who visited us on Monday and it was a major hit. I have attached a couple of pics of the dahee bhalla dish that I prepared with this mail.
