Ingredients500 ml Milk
80 ml Condensed milk ( adjust to sweetness desired)
1/2 tablespoon cornflour
4 to 5 malai pedas
Few strands of Kesar
Chopped Dry fruits - pista, almonds etc as desired
MethodMash the malai pedas.
In a heavy bottom pan add milk, pedas and rest of the ingredients, except nuts.
Taste the milk mixture and adjust the sweetness.
Bring the milk mixture to a boil and simmer till tick. Stir continuously, otherwise it will burn.
Pour in kulfi molds and and freeze in the freezer.
When half frozen add the dry nuts and again put in the freezer to completely freeze
Enjoy the chilled kulfi.
