500 gms chicken cubed / paneer
3 tbsp each maida and corn flour
3 spring onions sliced along with greens
Few broccoli florets
3 leaves of Bok Choy: bottom part cubed and leaves sliced
6 baby corn sliced
1 tbsp garlic chopped
3 tbsp chings schezwan sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
salt to taste
oil to deep fry.
Make a batter of madia and corn flour by adding egg and salt to it and
enough water to get a coating consistency. dip chicken in the batter and
deep fry over medium heat till golden brown. If using paneer dip paneer
and fry. ( if not using egg- use only water)
In a wok heat 3 tbsp oil add garlic and corn - saute till corn turns slightly brown.
Add broccoli and bottom part of bok choy- saute
Add greens of onions and bok choy leaves- saute
Add fried chicken / paneer and all the sauces and salt. toss to mix well.
